First time coming here. Came here on my drive back from Cleveland. This store has so many great healthy options. Mainly came here for my energy drinks and a few snacks. Store is clean, well organized shelves. Staff is friendly and there's even a few self check out lines. Plenty of parking as well. Overall, great place to shop at if you're in the area. Plenty of great shops in the area too with close proximity to the highway.

I stopped into Heinen's this afternoon for a few items. I have been to Heinen's many time before. Today I wanted to highlight they are allowing carts in the parking lot. I know it has been a little bit since the change, but it was a little sad to see. They still offer grocery pick up for those who prefer to pick up their items. Heinen's is a great local grocery chain. They have a nice deli, produce section and wine area. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall it is a great place to shop.

Heinen's in Avon is amazing! The food is fresh, the store is clean and the employees are all very friendly, personable and professional! Highly recommend!

Took me long enough to review Heinen's. I've been not only an employee of Heinen's back in the day for 4-5 years, but also a shopper of Heinen's all throughout my life. I can tell you first hand that it's one of the best grocery stores you can find in the country; I've traveled a lot, and none of them can compare to your experiences here. From the freshness of the meat, seafood and produce departments, to the delicious forever bagels that taste like Brueggers, and to the friendly and customer-centric model that they pride themselves on, I can't think of a better place to go than here. Even the two brothers that own Heinen's (Jeff and Tom) have stopped in and helped out the employees, especially during busy times. Goes to show what a caring company does. If you look at the prices Heinen's has and do a comparison to others, you can actually see that Heinen's is actually cheaper in most areas and the quality of food is way better. While giant eagle may have its advantage card to think that you're saving money and can save through fuel perks, Heinen's Corporate actually did a presentation for us employees back in the day during our customer service training demonstrating how that model didn't work, and was actually more expensive. Giant Eagle's model was to deceive customers into actually thinking they were saving money, when in reality they weren't. It made so much sense. That's why I love Heinen's -- outside of the food, they focus more on values, ethics, and providing world-class customer service. They do so much good that most of customers overlook. It's time to support a small northeast Ohio grocery store more than you ever have before.

Love Heinen's! From their fresh, vast variety of produce, to their fabulous bakery, to the nice selection of meats & fish, great deli, vast selection of wine & beer and nicely prepared meals to take-out! Heinen's employees are always very hospitable and eager to assist customers in finding whatever they're looking for.... I love shopping at Heinen's! Employees are constantly keeping up with the sanitation of shopping carts, and do a very thorough job!! #SatisfiedCustomer

First of all, let me start this by saying, this is one of the easiest grocery stores to take children under the age of 5. Your first stop should be the back bakery counter where your little ones can get a free sugar cookie. Or you can use it as a bribe and reward until you've gone through the whole store. They also have the fun little "car" shopping carts which make it a little extra fun for the kids. (I'm all about making it a fun day when doing errands with the little ones) They have a great selection of paleo, grain free, dairy free, gluten free and goat products. It's a very clean location with a nice staff that's very friendly. Although they seem to always be busy, I never have an issue going in and out quickly.

By far I love Heinens. Family owned with great quality and variety. Not a factory like Giant Eagle and the people and help at Heinen's are first rate . I have been going for years and we are loyal fans that always go to heinens .
